This month I am delighted to be supporting the British Heart Foundation ‘Bag It Beat It’ Campaign  raising awareness of women and heart disease. I got together with these beautiful girls: Gemma Atkinson, Melanie Sykes, Kate Thornton, Angellica Bell and Glynis Barber to spread the word about women and heart disease.

Here are two shocking statistics:

  1. 28,000 women die from heart attack was each year in UK- an average of 77 women a day, 3 every hour
  2. Did you know that 76,000 women die from heart & circulatory disease each year in the UK – that’s a QUARTER of all female deaths
