SO many of you have been asking me for tips to stay in shape. And what to do when you don’t have enough time to workout at the gym. So I have devised a 15 minute full body workout that you can do absolutely anywhere! I do these when I am on location and don’t have access to a gym. There are no excuses! I hope you enjoy and please join in with me. We can workout together!

3. Russian Twists
4. Shoulder Press
5. Lunges
6. Burpees
7.Tricep Dips
8. Step Ups
9. Tricep Dips
10. Bicycle Crunches
11. Squat to Shoulder Press
12. High Knees
13. Jumping Jacks
14. Bicep Curl
15. Plank
MAKE SURE TO ASK YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT YOUR TRAINING IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT YOUR ABILITIES. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND ALWAYS STOP EXERCISING IF YOU FEEL DIZZY OR FAINT.
