Hey guys, here is another 15 minute HIIT workout that I’d love you to join in on! Follow the video for a full 15 minute workout, and repeat twice or three times for a 30 or 45 minute session, respectively. In this video, we will be working for 45 seconds, resting for 15 seconds and doing the following exercises:
1. V Crunch
2. Glute Bridge
3. Elevated Plank (on chair)
4. High Knees
5. Step Overs (chair)
6. Oblique Ankle Touchers
7. Wall Squat
8. Side Jumps
9. Walk Outs
10. Sliding Plank
11. Thread the needle side plank
12. Jumping Lunges
13. Single leg Bridge
14. Wall pushes
15. Kettle bell swing with water bottle
Make sure to ask your doctor about your training if you are unsure about your abilities. Drink plenty of water and ALWAYS stop exercising if you feel dizzy or faint.
