Join in with me for a 5 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) blast. We will be training for 30 secs and rest for 10 secs! Easy! Actually quite the opposite! Listen for the bleeps!
1. Press Ups
2. Wall Climbers
3. Jumping Squats
4. Burpees
5. High Knees
6. Jumping Lunges
7. Tuck jumps
8. Knees to Elbows
Make sure to ask your doctor about your training if you are unsure about your abilities. Drink Plenty of water and ALWAYS stop exercising if you feel dizzy or faint.
