1. Squat and Front raise
2. Bent Over Row
3. Squat and Press
4. Floor: Ab Crunch
5. Lat Pull
6. Knee Crunch
7. Side Leg Lunge
Make sure to ask your doctor about your training if you are unsure about your abilities. Drink plenty of water and ALWAYS stop exercising if you feel dizzy or faint.
