No gym? NO PROBLEM!! You don’t need a fancy gym membership to get into shape! Just follow this video and get started! Workout with me and together we’ll get through it. 15 minutes start to finish so repeat if you’d like a 30 minute workout, etc. For each, exercise we’ll be working constantly with small rest gaps as we go. 11. Lunge, passing weight
12. Push up with T rotation
13. Spidermans
14. Burpees
Consult a doctor if you are unsure of what the right amount of exercise you should be doing. Remember to drink lots of water and always stop if you feel dizzy or light-headed.
