No gym? NO PROBLEM!! You don’t need a fancy gym membership to get into shape! Just follow this video and get started! Workout with me and together we’ll get through it. 15 minutes start to finish so repeat if you’d like a 30 minute workout, etc. For each, exercise we’ll be working constantly with small rest gaps as we go. In this session, we’ll be doing:

3. Jumping Jacks
4. Long lunge to hand
5. Plank, drop to elbow
6. Froggers
7. Reverse lunge, high knee
8. Shoulder press with band
9. Skip
10. Sumo Squat Front raise
11. Wall sit
12. Thread the needle
13. Tricep dip
14. Chest Fly, leg raise
Consult a doctor if you are unsure of what the right amount of exercise you should be doing. Remember to drink lots of water and always stop if you feel dizzy or light-headed.
