8. Jackknifes
9. Push Ups around the world (can be done on knees)
10. Tricep dips
11. Can Cans
12. Criss Cross
13. Froggers
14. Russian Twists

Consult a doctor if you are unsure of what the right amount of exercise you should be doing. Remember to drink lots of water and always stop if you feel dizzy or light-headed.
