It is always such an overwhelming honour to attend the Pride of Sport Awards. Sport unifies families, communities, countries, and last night the room was not only unified, but filled with emotion, laughter and of course pride.
To hear and watch stories of sadness and of joy and the strength and determination of those who battle the odds was so inspirational.
